The mission of Shift is to provide a place in which artists can produce Dance, Arts, and Media Projects. This production company houses a stable of Dancers, Visual Artists, and Digital Media Artists which allows us to produce a wide range of Art across various disciplines. Our principles are weighted in mentorship, grooming individual abilities, collaboration with artists, and creating a platform for production of art in the tradition of American Modern Dance, Film, TV, and Visual Arts. 

Cherri Nelle Thompson

Born and raised in Atlanta, Ga, Cherri has been studying and working in dance, theatre, and music since she was 7 years old. She has danced with DRIP performance art entertainment company, Moore Dance Project, Patelworks Dance Theater, The Center for Contemporary Dance under Dario J. Moore, Graham II, solo work choreographed by her mentor, Marshall Swiney in the Thelma Hill PAC 35th Anniversary Dance festival, Trainor Dance Company, Millennium Dance Company, TWT, and JP Dance Group.
